Hi! Whenever we go on vacation we leave our dog at The Places. It's the best place: he gets to play freely during the day. They look after him as if he were at home, and every night he sleeps in the bunks they've set up especially for the dogs. He's learned tricks thanks to Josh, and whenever he's needed anything, Cristi has seen him right away.

Our Mila has been staying at the hotel for 20 days every year for three years. Every time we pick her up she looks happy and you can tell she had a great time. During her stay she plays with other dogs, even cats. It's like summer camp for them. Josh sends us videos of Mila every day. You can see Cristina and Josh really care about them, as if they were family. Thank you so much for looking after our Mila every year.

I've had a really positive experience with the dog hotel “The Places”. I initially started sending my dog Luna there for socialization, and it has made a noticeable difference: she's happier and showing improvement around strange people and other dogs. Tobi isn't just well looked after; he has also learned to get along with other dogs, and he looks happy and calm. You can tell they understand each dog and treat them with a lot of love. Something very important to me is that they send me photos and videos every day, so I can see how he's doing and feel much calmer. I've been able to leave Tobías with complete confidence, even for long periods of more than a month when I've had to travel. Knowing he's somewhere they care for him like family is priceless. They truly make Tobi feel at home. I recommend them completely.
