We've been bringing our Kiara to The Place Hotel for 7–8 years. We visited several places to leave her; what we liked most at first was that the dogs were free, not locked up like at several other hotels. Then we got to know Cristina and Josh, and over the years they've given us a unique confidence that she'll be very well cared for. Every day we get photos or videos of her, which gives us great peace of mind.

Hi! Whenever we go on vacation we leave our dog at The Places. It's the best place: he gets to play freely during the day. They look after him as if he were at home, and every night he sleeps in the bunks they've set up especially for the dogs. He's learned tricks thanks to Josh, and whenever he's needed anything, Cristi has seen him right away.

Our Mila has been staying at the hotel for 20 days every year for three years. Every time we pick her up she looks happy and you can tell she had a great time. During her stay she plays with other dogs, even cats. It's like summer camp for them. Josh sends us videos of Mila every day. You can see Cristina and Josh really care about them, as if they were family. Thank you so much for looking after our Mila every year.

I've been leaving my Príncipe with Josh and Cristina for six years. I feel completely at ease when he stays with them. I get videos every day and I know he's very well cared for. Highly recommended!

I've had a really positive experience with the dog hotel “The Places”. I initially started sending my dog Luna there for socialization, and it has made a noticeable difference: she's happier and showing improvement around strange people and other dogs. I've also left her there for a few nights while I was traveling, and it gave me great peace of mind knowing she was in good hands. The care and attention Joshua and Cristina's team provide is excellent. The time-to-time updates from Joshua during her stay are real mind relaxers. Luna eagerly waits for Maria Paz to pick her up and loves her. A special mention to Cristina, who takes care of the veterinary services and overall health monitoring. She is attentive, knowledgeable, and clearly cares about the dogs' well-being. Parchita's best vacations. You can see the love and dedication they have for every pet, which gives me great peace of mind every time she stays with you. I can honestly say they spoil her more than at home 🥰. Parchita comes back happy, which says a lot about how she's treated. Communication is also very good, and they take care of every detail. Tobi isn't just well looked after; he has also learned to get along with other dogs, and he looks happy and calm. You can tell they understand each dog and treat them with a lot of love. Something very important to me is that they send me photos and videos every day, so I can see how he's doing and feel much calmer. I've been able to leave Tobías with complete confidence, even for long periods of more than a month when I've had to travel. Knowing he's somewhere they care for him like family is priceless. They truly make Tobi feel at home. I recommend them completely.
