Dog hotel and playtime
A safe, loving home for your dog
From CLP 17,000 + VAT a day · depends on your dog's needs
Our hotel is designed to give you real peace of mind. We're a family business offering a safe, close-knit and welcoming place, where your dog's happiness, safety and well-being always come first.
We offer a balanced, structured environment with close, constant supervision, letting dogs simply be dogs: playing, exercising and socializing with people and other dogs in a controlled, harmonious setting.
Your dog will enjoy large outdoor areas with natural grass, shaded spaces and plenty of room to explore. Indoors, we have clean, safe and comfortable areas to rest.
Our space allows for both high-energy moments and calm ones. Dogs can choose the setting that suits them best.
- Calmer dogs can rest in the shade without being disturbed
- More active dogs have room to run, play and burn off energy
We also have play structures and large open areas. At the end of the day, the dogs rest in a safe indoor gallery with comfortable beds and blankets.
Every detail is designed to create a positive, enriching experience.
During the day, we share photos and videos so you can see how your dog is doing, playing or resting. We keep in direct contact with you and let you know right away if anything comes up.

Common questions
1.Will my dog be stressed if they've never been to a hotel?
Not at all! Quite the opposite: we do everything so your dog feels at home. Most importantly, they always see the same person (Joshua or Cristina), so there are no strangers to get used to each time. And before the first stay, we have a required first meeting to get to know each other, see how your dog reacts and make sure you feel at ease. Most dogs run in playing and don't even say goodbye.
2.What if my dog doesn't get along with other dogs?
No problem. Not every dog is super social, and we completely understand that. We have separate spaces and keep small groups based on each dog's personality. If your dog is on the calmer side or needs space, we also have home-style areas with couches, beds and a relaxed atmosphere. What matters is that your dog is comfortable, not forced to socialize.
3.How often will you send photos or updates?
Every day. During the day we share photos and videos so you can see your dog playing, resting or simply being happy. If anything happens (even something small), we let you know right away. Communication with us is direct and unfiltered. You get on with your day, and we stay connected with you.
4.Can my dog stay if they aren't spayed or neutered, or are missing a vaccine?
Only with up-to-date vaccines and mandatory spay/neuter. It's for everyone's safety: vaccines protect your dog and the others, and spay/neuter prevents fights, marking or unnecessary stress in the group. If your dog isn't spayed or neutered yet or is missing a vaccine, we can help you arrange it with our on-site vet before the first visit. That way you arrive with everything ready and nothing to worry about!
5.Can I book a last-minute stay?
If your dog has stayed with us before, yes, subject to availability. If it's their first time, we need to meet them first: if we can fit in the meeting and all goes well, they can stay. That's why we recommend getting in touch early for new dogs.
What our furry guests' families say
4.8 on Google · 32 reviewsOzzy's familyhotel guest It's also remarkable how León, María Cristina and Josh's son, gets involved in caring for and entertaining the pets that visit The Place. In our case, he not only helped look after our pet, but they've become friends… What more could you ask for?
Kiara's family7–8 years with us
Translated from SpanishWe've been bringing our Kiara to The Place Hotel for 7–8 years. We visited several places to leave her; what we liked most at first was that the dogs were free, not locked up like at several other hotels. Then we got to know Cristina and Josh, and over the years they've given us a unique confidence that she'll be very well cared for. Every day we get photos or videos of her, which gives us great peace of mind.
Gari's familyevery vacation
Translated from SpanishHi! Whenever we go on vacation we leave our dog at The Places. It's the best place: he gets to play freely during the day. They look after him as if he were at home, and every night he sleeps in the bunks they've set up especially for the dogs. He's learned tricks thanks to Josh, and whenever he's needed anything, Cristi has seen him right away.
Mila's family20 days every year, for 3 years
Translated from SpanishOur Mila has been staying at the hotel for 20 days every year for three years. Every time we pick her up she looks happy and you can tell she had a great time. During her stay she plays with other dogs, even cats. It's like summer camp for them. Josh sends us videos of Mila every day. You can see Cristina and Josh really care about them, as if they were family. Thank you so much for looking after our Mila every year.
Príncipe's family6 years with us
Translated from SpanishI've been leaving my Príncipe with Josh and Cristina for six years. I feel completely at ease when he stays with them. I get videos every day and I know he's very well cared for. Highly recommended!
Coco, Cuchi y Bimba's familyevery vacation
Translated from SpanishI'm leaving this review because they truly deserve it. Every time I go on vacation, I leave my dogs with them, and the peace of mind they give me is priceless. You can tell they care for them with real love: they're attentive, they know them, they respect their pace and their needs, and most importantly… my dogs come home happy! It's not just that they're “well looked after”; they feel at home. For me, that says it all. Knowing they're somewhere they're loved and treated with so much dedication means you can travel without worrying. I recommend them completely.
Luna's familysocialization and stays I've had a really positive experience with the dog hotel “The Places”. I initially started sending my dog Luna there for socialization, and it has made a noticeable difference: she's happier and showing improvement around strange people and other dogs. I've also left her there for a few nights while I was traveling, and it gave me great peace of mind knowing she was in good hands. The care and attention Joshua and Cristina's team provide is excellent. The time-to-time updates from Joshua during her stay are real mind relaxers. Luna eagerly waits for Maria Paz to pick her up and loves her. A special mention to Cristina, who takes care of the veterinary services and overall health monitoring. She is attentive, knowledgeable, and clearly cares about the dogs' well-being. Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe, caring, and professional environment for their dog.
Parchita's familyvacations
Translated from SpanishParchita's best vacations. You can see the love and dedication they have for every pet, which gives me great peace of mind every time she stays with you. I can honestly say they spoil her more than at home 🥰. Parchita comes back happy, which says a lot about how she's treated. Communication is also very good, and they take care of every detail. Thank you so much for your responsibility and commitment. Without a doubt the best place!
Tobías's familystays of more than a month
Translated from SpanishTobi isn't just well looked after; he has also learned to get along with other dogs, and he looks happy and calm. You can tell they understand each dog and treat them with a lot of love. Something very important to me is that they send me photos and videos every day, so I can see how he's doing and feel much calmer. I've been able to leave Tobías with complete confidence, even for long periods of more than a month when I've had to travel. Knowing he's somewhere they care for him like family is priceless. They truly make Tobi feel at home. I recommend them completely.
Graco's familymore than 4 years
Translated from SpanishI've been bringing my pet to the hotel at The Places for more than four years; nothing but thanks to all of them. The love and care they give my pet is wonderful, and there's first-rate veterinary care from Cristina. You can leave your pet with complete peace of mind and confidence, so I can only recommend them. I moved to another part of town, but I would never move my pet from its hotel at The Places.
