Mi mascota Mika ya es cliente frecuente de “The Places”; la tratan con un cariño único, esta feliz jugando en las instalaciones, hasta tiene un centro de actividades para mascotas mas pequeñas! Cada vez que la vienen a buscar ella esta tan contenta de ver a Christy y Joshua que es una tranquilidad para nosotros saber que aun cuando no esta en casa, ella tiene sus propias vacaciones y se siente segura y tranquila. Muchas gracias por todo!!! no hay nada como sentir que tu mascota esta en excelentes manos!

My pet Mika is already a frequent customer of “The Places”; they treat her with a unique love, she is happy playing in the facilities, They even has a indoor playing area for smaller pets! Every time they come home looking for her she is so happy to see Christy and Joshua that it is a comfort for us to know that even when she is not at home, she has her own vacations and feels safe and calm. Thank you so much for everything!!! There is nothing like feeling that your pet is in excellent hands !!

Excellent service!!! Cozy, warm and careful Hotel service with my dog Leon, my little shit tzu. I was able to be relaxed during my holidays and I received daily photos and footage of León in his environment with other dogs.

Solo agradecimientos por el cuidado y cariño entregado a Kler en sus días de estadía. Fueron unas merecidas vacaciones para ella y nosotros. Llegué recomendada por una colega de la Dra.Cristina y luego de nuestra conversación no dude en dejarla a su cuidado. Desde que la fueron a buscar hasta que fui por ella, mucho amor y atenciones es lo percibido, el que envien fotos y videos durante el día cada día da una gran tranquilidad, (y alegría) al ver lo bien que lo pasan y de los amigos que se hacen entre los demás niños perrunos. Si hasta admiradores y guardaespalda se hizo jajaja … Ahhhh, y su comportamiento a mejorado (ahora come lento de su plato sus pellets..jijijiji)
Gracias Joshua y Cristina, no dudare en recomendarlos y volver a llevarla donde ustedes.

Only thanks for the care and love given to Kler in her days of stay. They were a well-deserved vacation for her and us. I came recommended by a colleague of Dr. Cristina and after our conversation, I didn’t doubt to leave her in her hands. Since they went to pick up her until I went for her, a lot of love and attention is what I perceived. The fact that they send photos and videos each day gives a great tranquility, (and joy) to see how great time Kler was having  and the friends she made among the other doggy children. Yes, she got even admirers and bodyguards  hahaha …
Thanks Joshua and Cristina, I will not doubt to recommend you and bring Kler to your hotel again!

Excelente lugar! 100% recomendable, atendido por sus propios dueños que nos mandaban videos y fotos de nuestros perritos cuando estaban en el hotel. La atención de veterinaria es un 7! Nos tocó llevar a nuestros perritos que estaban intoxicados con riesgo vital de urgencia y los pudieron salvar. Estamos muy agradecidos de ustedes!! Se pasaron!

Excellent place! 100% recommended, attended by their owners who sent us videos and photos of our dogs when they were at the hotel. The veterinary care is a 10! We had to take our dogs that were intoxicated with urgent life risk and they could save them. We are very grateful to you! Thanks!

Dejamos a nuestra perra Margarita durante unos días de febrero en The Places y fue una buena decisión, hay mucho espacio para las mascotas, limpio y en orden, además te mantienen al día con fotos y vídeos para que veas en qué condiciones se encuentran, cuentan con veterinario y clínica en caso de emergencias, y se nota que hay amor y dedicación en cada detalle del trabajo que hacen. Volveremos la próxima vez sin duda.

We left our dog Margarita for a few days in February in their Hotel and it was a good decision, there is plenty of room for pets, clean and in order, and keep you updated with photos and videos so you can see your dog daily, They have a veterinarian and clinic in case of emergencies, and it shows that there is love and dedication in every detail of the work they do. We will be back next time without a doubt!

TUVIMOS UNA EXCELENTE EXPERIENCIA DEJANDO A MAX EN THE PLACES

Enfrentándonos a tener que viajar y a dejar nuestra mascota en buenas manos fue un acierto encontrar a The Places porque a través de un grupo de whatsapp todos los días teníamos fotos y videos de nuestra mascota y además recibió todas las atenciones acordadas.

¡Quedamos muy felices con la experiencia y para nosotros es una muy buena alternativa de que en una próxima oportunidad nuestra mascota se quede con ustedes, infinitas gracias Cristina y Joshua!!!!

WE HAD AN EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE LEAVING MAX AT THE PLACES

Facing to have to travel and leave our pet in good hands was a success to find The Place’s because through a group of whatsapp every day we had photos and videos of our pet and also he received all the attention agreed.

We are very happy with the experience and for us it is a very good alternative that in the next opportunity our pet stays with you, infinite thanks Cristina and Joshua !!

We feel everytime we leave Moka with you guys its like family, she is loved , cared for and happy.
Theres a lot of confort in leaving such a special member of the family in good hands and knowing she also has a medical support if needed. Best part is she has fun and makes tons of friends.
